BodyICE Woman was created by Olympic champ Lydia Lassila, and is a range of ice and heat packs designed to help women recover post childbirth and during breastfeeding. Products include a Perineum Strip to treat the perineal area during and after childbirth, and Breast Pads which provide relief associated with breastfeeding, blocked milk ducts and engorgement. The packs are available separately or as part of a beautiful gift box.
