Dispatch and Shipping
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. If we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done via email. Therefore please ensure your email address is entered correctly when checking out. If your order is urgent please note this upon checkout and we will do our best to get this dispatched as soon as possible, however we make no guarantees.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.00 (excluding our bigger items ie Pre Packed Hospital Bags and selected gift bundles) for all orders going to non rural New Zealand addresses. There is an extra $4.50 fee for rural delivery. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly. Any addresses that are found to be rural without the surcharge being paid will not be dispatched until the correct amount has been paid, we will follow this up with an email.
Once your order is dispatched for delivery with Toll or Courierpost you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once you have had confirmation that your order is on its way please allow 1-2 days for South Island delivery and 3-4 days for North Island delivery. Rural delivery will be an extra 1-2 days on top of this.
We are now offering shipping to Australia via NZ Post. Delivery takes 3-6 days and a tracking number will only be issued if you have chosen the courier option.
As we are environmentally minded we like to reuse packaging from our suppliers wherever possible. We do not print paper invoices unless requested.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to except returns on most items, therefore please choose carefully when making your purchase. If an item is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993). All pricing on our site is in NZD and is GST inclusive.
